First, check whether the line was added here:
- iPhone: Settings → Cellular → the list under "Cellular Plans"
- Android: Settings → Network & internet → SIMs
The line may not be labelled "Coral eSIM" — it can show a partner operator's name, or "Secondary" / "SIM 2". An unfamiliar line name is likely your installed eSIM (you can rename it).
If it's genuinely missing:
- Restart your phone — sometimes the list just hasn't refreshed
- Update your OS to the latest version
- Check the install actually finished — it may have errored partway (installation troubleshooting)
