Coral eSIM is data-only, so you cannot receive SMS on the Coral eSIM line itself.
However, if you keep your home SIM active via dual SIM, verification codes still arrive on your usual number.
How to set it up:
- Leave your home line switched on (its mobile data can stay off)
- Set mobile data to use the Coral eSIM line
- SMS is received over your home carrier's signal
About charges: receiving SMS is free with many carriers, but rules differ while roaming internationally. Check your carrier's official rates before you travel.
