If you can't scan the QR code, you can install manually. Have the SM-DP+ address and activation code from your confirmation email or account page ready.

On iPhone

  1. Settings → Cellular → Add eSIM
  2. On the "Use QR Code" screen, tap "Enter Details Manually" at the bottom
  3. Enter the SM-DP+ address and activation code, then follow the prompts

On Android

  1. Settings → Network & internet → SIMs → Add eSIM
  2. On the QR scanning screen, choose "Enter code instead" / "Need help?"
  3. Enter the activation code to finish
